Claypool's Bridge to
Elderbank Provincial Park

This section of river is a favourite for its natural beauty. The route winds through a quiet, scenic landscape with high banks, sandy beaches, and plenty of spots to pull over and enjoy the surroundings.

Most groups complete the trip in 3 to 5 hours, depending on your pace, boat choice, and how often you stop to relax, explore, or take it all in.

With so many inviting shoreline spots along the way, this route is perfect for pairing with one of our riverside picnics.

Water levels can be lower in the summer, adding a bit of challenge as you follow the deeper channels as you make your way downriver.

Keep an eye out for wildlife! You might spot River Otters, Snapping Turtles, Kingfishers, Red-Tailed Hawks, and Eagles along the way.
